Ministry & Leadership Development
We believe that every believer is called to a God-given ministry in the Kingdom of God and the Local Church - and it doesn't matter what age you are either! The role of Ministry Development at St Jude's seeks to engage people with ministry positions that are best matched to them taking into account personal gifting, skills, abilities, experience and circumstances. However, it is sometimes difficult to work out what ministry God has called you to. To assist with this St Jude's offers a gift discovery course entitled "Maximising People for Ministry" to help you discover, identify and use your God given gifts and abilities.
In addition, Leadership and Ministry Training workshops and seminars are provided to give you ongoing development and support in your ministry and in various areas of the Church's life.
