The whole Church is the laos, the people of God, and as such ministry belongs to us all. God has called each one of us to ministry and has given us gifts, abilities and skills to serve others not ourselves. God calls us to ministry so that through us He can bring His love, life and salvation to a needy world. God calls us to ministry for others, not for ourselves. God has provided a five-fold leadership team in His church to develop and grow the people of God for the work of ministry (See Ephesians 4:12-15).
